Rachael is originally from Norwood, Massachusetts and relocated to the North Kitsap area as a child.  She's been in the restaurant industry for 30 years, a career that has spanned from Florida to Washington. 19 years ago, she found a home at what is now Sully's Bistro & Bar, and we couldn't be more proud to have her leading our team.
